A Chino Valley parent hired consultant Gary Lawson to help advise us on next steps to advocate for the 3 teachers. Mr. Lawson is a long time consultant for Senator Susan Rubio, Supervisor Hilda Solis and many West Covina City Counsel and Local Business Leaders.

Advised All CV Parents to:

  1. File Uniform Complaints against district and board
  2. File State Complaints
  3. Reach out to the California State Superintendent
  4. Call for Recall of CVUSD School Board Member Joe Schaffer since not listening to the Teacher Union that endorsed him.
  5. Put pressure on Christina Gagnier, since she wants to run for Congress
  6. Call out Irene Hernandez-Blair for not supporting teachers when she was also endorsed by the teachers union
  7. Inform parents of Alternative Education Options
