3 Additional teachers not re-hired

Sad news the board did not save our 3 teachers…😭

  • 3 voted for NOT rehirable after end of school year (non re-elect)
  • 2 voted to save (James Na and Andrew Cruz)

The worst is this means they cannot be rehired in district and potentially other districts.

HR rules only allow a district to give 2 pieces of information
1. Confirm employment dates
2. If eligible for rehire, non re-elect = NO
